Very poor customer service and I really don’t think the guy even knows or believe in the product he was trying to sell me. When I questioned him. He got angry and became quite rude! I was quite worried after my oil change that I had to take it to another shop to check it over for my peace of mind. Big disappointment because this was recommended by a friend.
With the honest hard work and dedication that these guys put into their work, it’s no wonder they have such high customer satisfaction. Don’t hesitate to go to this place for oil changes/etc, they will get it done in about 20% of the time your dealer takes and at competitive prices as well.
They have definitely gained one more customer from me.
I was driving by Macleod and saw the oil change place emptied. So I thought I pull in for a quick oil change. I was approached by fetchum I think is his name. He immediately insulted me about my oil being black and telling me I need to do this and do that. I’m a single mother of three and at least for this month I only budgeted myself for an oil change. But he just wouldn’t have any of it! As if my being there was a waste of his time. I’ve never been so insulted in my life like this! How does a business like this can stay open? I’ve already told all my friends and family about this and we will never give you our business that’s for certain! I made a mistake coming in but never again.
Clearly you’re just a bitter, overly-sensitive soccer mom who has absolutely no knowledge on vehicles or how to maintain them.
I’m sure this employee was equally offended by your stupidity, but I can almost guarantee, (after having years of great service via Quick Lube), that you just take things the wrong way.
People like you are an embarrassment to the human race. Yuck.
Sara, that kind of bullying behavior is not acceptable in a child much less an adult! Perhaps you might like to join quick lube? Because that is the exact type of mentality that was displayed to me as a ” paying ” customer. I feel you would fit right in perfectly!

I had to leave a comment of thanks! Normally I dread getting an oil change, but I got one today at your location and it was fantastic. Normally i stick to the big chains like mr lube but now ill always come to you guys. Bruce and his team did an amazing job, they were very friendly, and went above and beyond what I was expecting. Friendly service, cleaning and vacuuming my car, quick service, and reasonable prices. All around a great experience and I want to thank Bruce for a wonderful experience. I will be back!

I always bring my BMW here to have it serviced and would never dream of bringing ‘my baby’ anywhere else. As a female, it is very intimidating to have to bring my car in for any type of service, but I have never felt like that here and am always comfortable. Bruce is very honest, informative and kind – which I appreciate so much! The team here is also very efficient and thorough, hence why I always return.

Quick Lube Plus (QLB) redefines the definition of “SERVICE”.
For the longest time i have been a Dealer serviced only type of person.
I drive a Jaguar and i try to use only premium products as repair cost on this vehicle could get astronomically high. I was browsing around and i saw this joint that used Motul, a highly respected brand in Europe. At first i was hesitant because the car used Mobil 1 from the start.
My first time at QLB i spoke with a technician named Darren and he gave me service and information above and beyond any dealership (Jaguar Calgary, LoneStar Mercedes, Royal Oak Audi, and Royal Oak Nissan) had ever given me. I was impressed with the product knowledge Darren had. With his recommendation, i did try motul.
3 months after my first oil change with QLB, I returned and was helped by their manager Bruce and technician Adam. The expectation set by Darren from my last visit was commendable but, to my surprise, Adam and Bruce surprised me, yet again, with their outstanding customer-centric approach.
My experience with QLB makes me think twice about where i go for my auto maintenance despite what others’ perspectives are of fast lube joints like Mr. Lube, Minit Lube, and etc. QLB, without question, has one of the city’s laudable customer-centric service, and top notch products. I already do recommend QLB to all my friends and family.
Big big thumbs up to Adam and his team. I bought the deal through a groupon type email and i could not be happier. Both times when i brought my vehicles in, Adam was amazing. His customer service skills, attention to detail, and even asking me for permission before he offered my kids lollipops are a HUGE refreshing change from the typical 15 minute lube places! I’ll definitely be back (even if i live in the far NW of the city). Adam, keep up the great work to you and your team. Hope you guys have a safe and happy xmas! Im recommending you to all my friends!

Hi there, I came to this shop today because I’ve never gone to a quick oil change place and it was recommended by several friends. I also had a coupon for a free set of wiper blades with my oil change which I desperatley needed! Wow! The service here was just great! No one tried to sell me something I didn’t need and those things I DID need were explained very thoroughly before they were done. I chose to have my dashboard cleaned as well but the very kind mechanic threw in a vacuum, wiped the dog drool marks off the inner windows and even emptied my ash tray! This is the first quick change shop I’ve ever visited and I won’t be going anywhere else. Thanks so much for a great experience!
I had such superb sevice from Bruce!! I had never taken my car in for an oil change and he totallt made it so easy. I was in and out in no time, he offered me coffee and then he vacuumed my interior. Darren was very kind as well.

We first discovered Quick Lube Plus through a Groupon offer. We are fairly new to Calgary, so we bought the Groupon on blind faith … and we’re so glad we did! The service we received at Quick Lube Plus is second to none, and we actually enjoy having to take our car in for servicing!
From the moment we entered Quick Lube Plus, we were treated with professionalism and respect. Adam assisted us, and he was very kind. He made a special effort to make our 2-year-old son comfortable and happy by providing him with a hefty supply of suckers. Our son loved the treats, and we definitely appreciated the gesture. In addition to sharing treats, Adam was also very knowledgeable about what needed to be done on our vehicle. He took the time to explain the process and solution, and he made sure we understood what was being done.
We will definitely be coming back to Quick Lube Plus again and again. We’ve already recommended it to friends. The staff at Quick Lube Plus has earned our business and our respect. This business has great people who make a great team.

I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but this time, I had to. I was in this morning at about 9 am for an oil change and it was a fantastic experience. Even before I managed to get into the building, Bruce was helping me out. Everyone was unfailingly pleasant, which is a nice change for me. I navigate the world with the help of a mobility service dog, and that can make getting any of the retail services I need a real challenge. This time, I got exactly what I wanted and then some. The courtesy vacuum was thorough and they even topped up my fluids. I was out again by just after 9:30 am, and nobody even batted an eyelash about the dog, which is how it should be.
Thank you so much for making an necessary chore such an unexpected pleasure. I will be back and I plan on recommending your location to all of my friends.

everyone there does an excellent job, and does so with warmth, humor and professionalism.
I also loved the fact that I got a bulb replaced – something that would have cost me three times the price at the dealership. It was great that they do things like this. Best part – these guys are honest with what you need, dont hard sell you on what you dont, and genuinely care. I will not go anywhere else. There is a better option Calgary, – its Quick Lube Plus.

I was in recently and noticed a few things different your shop that make it great to come to. The technician Richard asked what kind of oil id like and did not try to upsell me after i said basic.
He was curtious throughtout the service and explained what had bin checked and what needed service and why. Appreciate the great service guys keep up the good work!!!
First time visit was very impressive. Bruce looked after me and was real nice and friendly. He vacuumed my car out and put some fu fu inside. Very fast and good service. I was happy with that and will be back for more….

Good afternoon,
I was in today and had by far one of the most complete experiences with respect to my oil change. At most other quick-stop-shops it’s a constant up-sell and it feels like all they want it to make money off me by offering other add-on services and upgrades.
Bruce at your shop very clearly outlined what I needed and why (an engine flush on account of my oil level being very low) and then proceeded to recommend a synthetic oil. Not because it cost more but because it has a higher heat tolerance and therefore won’t burn as much since my vehicle seems to be prone to depleted oil levels through burn-off. It wasn’t an “up-sell” it was providing me with the proper product to suit what I needed. I greatly appreciate the effort of the entire Quick Lube Plus team. Not only that, but Bruce gave me the left-over oil to keep on hand in my garage since my levels need topped up from time to time.
Add in the complimentary interior vacuum I received and I have no reason to ever go elsewhere for my oil change needs. I will certainly be recommending your services to anyone I know.
