With the honest hard work and dedication that these guys put into their work, it’s no wonder they have such high customer satisfaction. Don’t hesitate to go to this place for oil changes/etc, they will get it done in about 20% of the time your dealer takes and at competitive prices as well.

They have definitely gained one more customer from me.

I would however like keep the content on this site more focused on Vehicle maintenance, and a forum for customers to share their experiences at Quick Lube Plus (good or bad!). Sara, that kind of bullying behavior is not acceptable in a child much less an adult! Perhaps you might like to join quick lube? Because that is the exact type of mentality that was displayed to me as a ” paying ” customer. I feel you would fit right in perfectly!

Clearly you’re just a bitter, overly-sensitive soccer mom who has absolutely no knowledge on vehicles or how to maintain them.
I’m sure this employee was equally offended by your stupidity, but I can almost guarantee, (after having years of great service via Quick Lube), that you just take things the wrong way.

People like you are an embarrassment to the human race. Yuck.

I was driving by Macleod and saw the oil change place emptied. So I thought I pull in for a quick oil change. I was approached by fetchum I think is his name. He immediately insulted me about my oil being black and telling me I need to do this and do that. I’m a single mother of three and at least for this month I only budgeted myself for an oil change. But he just wouldn’t have any of it! As if my being there was a waste of his time. I’ve never been so insulted in my life like this! How does a business like this can stay open? I’ve already told all my friends and family about this and we will never give you our business that’s for certain! I made a mistake coming in but never again.

Good day,
Just had an amazing experience the other day and had to share with Calgary. Had some time on my hands and needed an oil change, and just as I had this thought, the sign saying no appointment necessary caught my eye. Pulled in and omg, no line up! Bruce immediately made me feel like a long time valued customer, his team treating my like a queen and let me know about a spark plug issue I didn’t even know I had. This is the first time as a woman that I have found a shop I can take my car to that has complete integrity and that I don’t feel talked down to or have to put up with pressure sales. So grateful I found you!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I tried you guys out last week after being ripped off by another oil change service and I couldn’t believe how courteous, polite and professional everyone I interacted with was. I shall be back again!

Another day of great service
Price competitive I’m sure I could after Great efforts found cheaper or I could have done it myself (omg) but there you were with my files ,good advice
